REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Refunds and Exchanges will be offered for any items where the Returns are initiated within 15 days of receiving the order/product.
- For orders placed using the buy 1 get 1 free or buy 2 get 2 free offers, the refund amount will be as per the price after adjustment of the proportionate discount offered for the lowest price product
- For orders placed during the sale period, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit Only
- For orders in Buy 1 Get 1 Sale (26th - 30th November 2024) exchanges will be processed at an additional shipping charge of Rs. 100 within a 15 day period.
- Refunds for orders placed during Buy 1 Get 1 (26th - 30th November 2024) sale period will be made only via store credit after deducting a Rs. 100 return fee.
- Any Returns initiated outside the 15 day period are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
- Items bought with an offer applied will be refunded after adjusting the offer discount
- Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship
- Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will process your refund and it will be credited via store credit.
- www.silvertraq.com can only accept returns of products bought directly from our online store.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at any other online location for any reason.
- For hygienic reasons, please make sure that any bottoms are tried on over your own underwear.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
- We do not accept Returns for Underwear for hygiene reasons (Sports Bras can be returned)
- We accept returns / exchanges within Fifteen (15) days of purchase on regular priced items
- Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED, or ALTERED; and MUST HAVE ORIGINAL HANG TAG ATTACHED.
- Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn, or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent back to them.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Email care@shopwithtaurus.com, quoting your order #, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving your order, and we will Initiate a pick up if your pin code is eligible for the same.
- The reverse pick up is done within 3 days of the Return Request
- The exchange is processed within 2 - 4 days of the pick up
- Refunds are processed once the article is received at our fulfillment center
- Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business day
